JOB DETAILS

We have been engaged by an established client of ours to assist in sourcing an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant. 

You will be joining a growing yet established practice that has seen an increase in business over the last 12mths and we're not at the point where we need to bring Oracle Cloud Consultants to focus on certain area's.

Role responsibilities:

• Design and document business processes at a detailed level.
• Lead a team of people to complete projects.
• Identify gaps between current and desired business operations.
• Supports gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition
• Develop standards and procedures for project work.
• Review program designs to ensure they meet client needs.
• Build relationships with client management.
• Understands and communicates goals and critical success factors for the project; sells ideas persuasively and paces the communications properly
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams

About you:

• 3-4 years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience, hands on experience
• Experienced Configuring and Managing the Oracle Cloud ERP system
• Experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment
• 2yrs of relevant experience in a particular business or industry speciality area included
• Ability to devise creative business solutions
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems
• Willingness to travel to client site as needed
