We look for experienced IT Recruitment Consultants, ideally with experience working within a specific technology vertical. Given our aversion to micro-management, to be successful at HCM you will need to be highly self-motivated and disciplined. With a strong focus on service excellence, we also require our Consultants to have exceptional communication skills.
