A great opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to join our clients team. The role will be responsible for providing functional support to the business users and the HR team in the Oracle HCM space.

This role can also be a fixed term role with a salary in the region of $145-155k + Super 

The three key area's of this role are; 

• System Management (30%)
• Superuser and SME for P&C systems / Sys Admin (40%) 
• Reporting (30%) 

If you have previously worked on an Oracle HCM to Workday project - this would be very beneficial - Oracle Fusion experience on HCM is very much preferred. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM functional modules and processes.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and provide guidance and recommendations on best practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are delivered on time and on budget.
• Undertake minor configuration changes within Oracle HCM modules.
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and reports.
• Participate in system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.

Experience that we are ideally looking for; 

• 5yrs + of system analyst experience Highly desirable - Previous experience working with Oracle HCM or Workday
• Exposure to P&C / HR practices (MUST)
• Relationship management and influencing skills
• Strong service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Passionate and engaging interpersonal style
• Self-directed and motivated to achieve outcomes
• Team player and collaborative
