We have been engaged by a well known business to assist in securing an HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM Cloud) for an immediate 4mth contract - remote within Australia 

The HRIS Analyst will support HR operations by ensuring the smooth execution of existing business processes within our clients Oracle Cloud HCM system.

This role focuses on primarily providing functional and technical support for Oracle Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules, troubleshooting system issues, validating data accuracy, supporting report requests, and assisting HR teams with system navigation and reporting.


Experience that we are ideally looking for; 

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Performance Management and Workforce Compensation modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and data analysis to identify trends and ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate and monitor existing annual business processes within the system, ensuring alignment with HR policies and timelines.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence teams to understand requirements and, as needed, provide system functionality guidance and updates.
• Support annual performance, goal setting, merit cycle, and adhoc compensation activities, ensuring accuracy in processing and system-generated reports.
