We have been engaged by a well know business in Sydney to assist in securing a People & Culture Consultant to help through a project over the next 9-12mths.  You will joining a business with 500+ staff across various business units. 

The three key area's of this role are; 

• Manages the central system related P&C processes - You will manage the delivery of key central P&C processes through MyPlace and coordinate the efforts across the P&C team so that operating rhythms and high-quality People outcomes are assured.
• Superuser and SME for P&C systems (internal systems) + Access Micropay - AKA the Systems expert, the P&C Analyst treats P&C Systems like young (and demanding) infants that need constant nurturing and shaping to meet the needs of the business"". A key focus will be streamlining processes and automating where possible to improve efficiencies.
• Reporting - The goal is to anticipate and produce accurate and insightful management information that underpins better strategic and commercial decisions

If you have previously worked on an Oracle HCM to Workday project - this would be very beneficial - Oracle Fusion experience on HCM is very much preferred. 

Experience that we are ideally looking for; 

• Ideally 5yrs + of system analyst experience Highly desirable - Previous experience working with Oracle HCM
• Exposure to P&C / HR practices (MUST)
• Relationship management and influencing skills
• Strong service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Passionate and engaging interpersonal style
• Self-directed and motivated to achieve outcomes
• Team player and collaborative
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within
