One of my key long-term clients is looking for a specialist SAP WORKFLOW Developer for as asap start. You will be tasked with the Migration of the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system to the SAP ECC (ERP) system is required in preparation for the upcoming SAP Upgrade to S/4HANA.
A key element in this migration is the development of new purchasing approval workflows, requiring an SAP Workflow Developer to complete this work.
The role will require in-depth knowledge of workflow and ABAP development.
Demonstrated experience with complex analysis, problem solving skills and ability to deal with different stakeholders from various backgrounds. SRM, Fiori, HR and S/4HANA experience a major plus.
Responsibilities include:
• Design, develop and maintain SAP Business Workflows and ABAP applications
• Develop workflows, reports and metrics within the SAP environment
• Design, develop, code and test complex programs for SAP modules and functions using Workflow and ABAP programming language
• Work with the various stakeholders to develop a solution and document technical specifications
Skills required
• Subject Matter Expert in SAP Workflow development (+5 years development experience)
• Proficiency in ABAP OO programming language and SAP development tools (e.g. SAP NetWeaver - 5+ years development experience)
• Deep experience in ECC Procurement workflow development - Purchase Requestion and Purchase Order Approval workflows
• Solid understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and data models
• HR, Fiori and Workflow integration experience
• Understanding of Material Management (MM) and Finance Business Processes
• S/4HANA experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work with and collaborate with all teams and individuals in the business and SAP teams toward developing best practice processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
